Yesenia Flórez is an artist, self-taught musician, and amateur writer, born in Bucaramanga, Colombia. From a very young age, she was surrounded by musical influences from her maternal grandfather and older brother, which sparked a deep passion for art and music in her.

Yesenia developed a deep love for Latin American folklore, Andean roots, and poetry from an early age.

In 2023, she migrated to Vancouver, Canada, with the aim of advancing her musical career.

Recognized for her outstanding performances, Yesenia has graced renowned stages such as the National Museum of Colombia. Her multidimensional art goes beyond music, encompassing her paintings, writings, and compositions.

She is currently working passionately on her first EP. This upcoming release promises to intertwine her diverse influences and personal narrative into an authentic and poetic musical experience.
